Ahhh it’s so hard to even know where to begin for this incredibly special wedding!

I really REALLY love my job, and sweet days like this have a special way of solidifying that I’m doing what I should be, and reminding me in all the intricate ways just WHY I love photographing your weddings and stories.

Emily and Holder are two really phenomenal and really really loved individuals (you will see it so clearly in these images!) It’s been so fun and special for me to spend time with these two first during their engagement photos (check them here) and then on their wedding day surrounded by their precious friends and fam.

I’ve known Emily + her family for a really long time. She is 1 of 6 girls and it was truly something special to see Emily’s sisters rally around her and welcome Holder (their first brother in law!) with absolute open arms.

Some facts/highlights:

- A few days before the wedding, Holder was in a motorbike accident and actually busted one of his teeth and fact! His future MIL pulled strings to get his broken tooth fixed, and his future SILs made sure to add some makeup to mostly cover the bruises (photoshop took care of the rest 😉)

- Emily and Holder had long-term crushes on each other and were best friends for a long time, but didn’t date because they knew as soon as they did it would be serious. When they finally started dating, they/everyone in their lives knew it was essentially also them choosing they were going to marry each other.. they were soon officially engaged and now married ❤️

- When I was taking photos of the girls, Emily’s dad exclaimed “these girls are so beautiful, I just know they are going to be all over Aly’s website” anddddd he was right 🤗

Ugh just so many things I could say, but here are a TONNNNNN of my favorites:
