[Daniel + Logan || Lena, IL]
I had such an incredible opportunity to creatively capture my cousin Daniel's wedding beside the amazing Kelley (BFF of the bride) of Lucy Peal Photography as well as the talented video work by Jordan Kauffman

This entire event was so incredibly special to me because my cousin Daniel is one of my absolute favorite people and has been such a solid friend to me; he's truly more like a brother.
I remember when Daniel first told me about Logan over the phone. I could immediately tell there was something different about her. The way he talked about her, the things he liked about her- it really didn't take long for me to realize she would be around for the long haul. I remember the conversations we had leading up to the engagement and then the phone call when it happened (I may or may not have cried my eyes out)
Daniel is kind and loving and patient, I look up to him for these reasons and more. You can only hope and pray for the people you love to find an incredible partner to spend their life with and that is absolutely what Daniel found in Logan. She loves the Lord fiercely and exudes so much joy and humility- I could not be more ecstatic that these two found each other and that Clay and I have them to not only spend time with but also build memories literally for the rest of our lives with.
Daniel + Logan, thank you so much for letting me capture your wedding in my favorite way. I love you both so much and am so grateful and proud to call you family!

The wedding took place at my Aunt and Uncle's farm in Lena, Illinois (I think most of you know I'm originally from Illinois- so it was absolutely amazing to get to be "home" and see ALL my family!)
They have an incredible farm and spent so much time and effort spiffing up their charming barn and beautiful property to make the event extra special for Daniel and Logan.
It did rain SO MUCH as you'll see from the overcast skies, and lush green (albeit muddy) grass.
Logan's mom/aunt/family friend worked really hard at designing the inside of the of the barn and tent to truly look like a fairytale. It was all stunning and I can't wait for you all to see!
This gallery will feel a lot different than my others because it's going to be extremely detail oriented. I really want to showcase my aunt & uncles property as well as the inside of the barn/tent.
SO much time and effort went into all of this and I hope you'll get a feel for what the day was like through these photos!

This is a little barn that used to house firewood. My Aunt worked so hard on the inside so that it could be used for a drink shed/ little get away from the main event! Keep scrolling to see the inside.

That's my grandmother! ( + the groom's of course) I had to add this because she's honestly such a babe and she honestly still is.
My Aunt and Uncle worked SO HARD at making their property/landscaping look so incredibly beautiful. These next few photos are to showcase how incredible everything looked!
I had the honor to hang out with the guys while they got ready (check out Lucy Pearl Photography to see the ladies!!) this was so fun for me since my cousin was the groom, my other cousin was the best man, and my husband was a groomsmen (seriously some of my #BFFs)

Annnnnd now *drumroll* to see inside that beautiful barn all the incredible time and effort Logan's family + friends poured into making each detail so incredibly stunning and truly magical!
These next few are inside the ginormous tent that was beside the barn- where all the food and beverages were during the reception.
annndd now for the ceremony *PLOT TWIST* I wasn't sure how much help I'd be to Kelley during the ceremony since my 4month old was going to be there- but when my mom + grandpa arrived he was completely passed out so I ended up tag teaming the ceremony and sat up in the rafters of the barn to get an aerial view.
They seriously look like they popped out of the most incredible fairytale of all time.
