So happy to have this dreamy wedding up on the blog today!

Josh & Mai had a destination wedding at one of my favorite places: Sierra Vista, VA! If you follow along with my blogs, you may know that this venue if one of my favorites and a huge driving in force in me deciding to pursue wedding photography all those years ago. I shot my second-ever wedding here, and never looked back!

Josh & Mai came all the way from California to have their wedding here & were hoping for both the Blue Ridge Mountains and some Virginia fall leaves and weather. We were lucky enough to end up with both, despite the fact that when we first arrived the sky was overcast & threatening us with rain. During the ceremony the clouds ended up subsiding and the sun beautifully came down right on the bride and groom as they said their vows. It was truly magical.

Mai put a lot of heart & effort into the details, so seeing it all come together was truly special— especially after SO much time planning and prepping all the way from CA!

It was truly a perfect day & huge honor to capture it all.
