[Chris & Emily || Sierra Vista, Virginia Engagement Session]

One of my favorite parts of an engagement session, is having the opportunity to hear the story behind how two people came together. How they met, fell in love, and the funny and beautiful in between.

I loved hearing the details of these two & their relationship. It was really beautiful to hear the way the finally exchanged numbers, and how Emily navigated through showing interest & giving Chris the OK to pursue her.

They have such a genuine and beautiful love that really caught me off guard (I teared up several times— and that’s super rare during an engagement session) It really just brought me back to how grateful I am to get to capture these types of stories and this type of love that is rooted in Christ and His example of selflessness.

We’re a little less than a month away from their wedding day & I’m so pumped to tackle the photography teamed up with Clay doing the videography!
